Our journey began in December 2020, during one of the most challenging times of the COVID-19 era. Our love for Maltese traditional food and the nostalgic way our grandparents used to cook inspired us to bring those timeless flavours back to life.

This passion led us to open a restaurant dedicated to the iconic Mtarfa Tower Clock, a historic landmark built in 1895 in the heart of Mtarfa. Just as the clock has stood the test of time, our goal is to preserve the authentic taste of Maltese cuisine — blending history, heritage, and heartfelt hospitality in every dish we serve.
